Recent article by Rob Sanchez, a renowned activist, of Job Destruction newsletter, quoted us a to be favoring H1B transfer of IT professionals of Indian origin only.
We would like to disagree with him. In fact we have a solution to h1 transfer problems, no matter which nationality.

H1 Visa Tranfer > Greencard process
It takes between 1-2 years to get a green card for all countries*, including Pakistan, Bangladesh and SriLanka. Many US citizen wonder, if USCIS should be handing out greencards so quickly.
*It takes 6-8 years for Indian nationals on H1b status, to get their green cards. Why is this disparity? Why does it take 3 to 4 times longer for H1bs of Indian origin to get their green card, compared to lets say, H1 visa from Afghanistan. During the 6 to 8 yrs that it takes to get their greencard, it makes it impossible to change jobs, due to GC sponsor delays.
Is it a surprise that more h1 transfers taking place, to NRI also happen to be from India?

Are we against H1 visa program?
